Foarte frumos !!!!!Exact asa se face casul și în zona mea natala 'Ardeal,pe valea Someșului Mic ! Din jintuiala ,dupa ce s-a acrit se face balmosul.....ca aurul ,cu faina de malai , gras și bun !!! Balmos fierbinte și supa de salata verde rece ....o minunăție. ... sa-ti bați copiii...
